If you want us to dig really deep into the candidates personality, practical experience and job history, we recommend that you choose the two hour interview instead of the shorter one hour session.
Once we have conducted the in depth interview we give you the recorded session. From there, you can evaluate the applicants yourself, or together with other stakeholders, then proceed with selecting the best fit for the job opening.
